BUFORD — A 49-year-old Buford man has been arrested in connection with the Jan. 6 raid on the U.S. Capitol.
According to the FBI, Verden Andrew Nalley was arrested Tuesday on charges relating to criminal acts at the Capitol.
Nalley is the 9th person from Georgia to be arrested in connection with the riot at the Capitol. The Department of Justice has not made the specific charges against Nalley public yet.
