Robbery suspect said 'I ain't got nothing to lose' before shooting at clerk

The Bibb County Sheriff’s Office is investigating an armed robbery and aggravated assault that took place at 1:37 p.m. at the M&M convenience store at 2760 Montpelier Avenue.

According to the sheriff’s department, a male subject entered the store and got into an argument with the clerk over a drink. During the argument the suspect demanded money from the clerk. When the clerk did not give him any money the suspect said, “I ain’t got nothing to lose.” and fired multiple shots through the security door at the clerk.

The suspect then fled the store on foot.

No one was injured during this incident. Authorities say the suspect is described as between 5’9″ and 5’10,” in his late teens or early 20s, and wearing all black.
