Missing Dacula man found safely by his family

Update: According to the Gwinnett County Police Department, Harvey Sullivan was located by his family in a wooded area of his neighborhood Friday evening. While dehydrated, Sullivan was otherwise unharmed.

DACULA — The Gwinnett County Police Department is asking for the public’s help in locating a missing Dacula man.

Police say 67-year-old Harvey Sullivan was last seen at his home on Fairmont Park Drive in Dacula on Wednesday, July 8, at around 4 a.m. His girlfriend woke and found that the door to the garage was not fully closed, and Sullivan was gone. He did not take his wallet or cell phone with him. 

Sullivan was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt. He may be wearing a ball cap and carrying a red backpack.  He is 6 feet tall and weighs 185 pounds.  Sullivan has blue eyes and thinning blonde hair.
