Police search for black Jeep that damaged property near Northwestern Middle School in Milton

Listen to this article.

MILTON — The Milton Police Department is looking for the occupants of a black Jeep Renegade who are responsible for doing “donuts” in a field near Northwestern Middle School, causing thousands of dollars in damage.

According to the police department, on Feb. 8 the Jeep illegally entered onto property adjacent to Northwestern Middle School near Birmingham Highway.

The occupants then proceeded to do “donuts” on the field and videotaped the entire incident.

While damage can not be exactly estimated, it is believed to be in the thousands of dollars.

The photos appear to show a newer model black Jeep Renegade. However, police say the suspects covered the license plate of the vehicle with what appears to be a plastic bag or similar covering.

Police are asking anyone who has any information on the vehicle’s registration or the occupants to email the police department at pdinfo@cityofmiltonga.us.
