Georgia man arrested and charged with child molestation

A man wanted on multiple charges of Felony Child Molestation has been arrested by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office working with the U.S. Marshals.

According to warrants, 37-year-old Nyerer Tabon Davis of Atlanta, allegedly forced his victim to “perform an immoral and indecent act in the presence of or upon” a minor child several times between May and November 2019.

Davis is charged with four counts of Aggravated Child Molestation Sodomy, one count of Child Molestation and two counts of Cruelty to a Child in the First Degree – all felonies.

DeKalb Sheriff’s Office investigators located Davis at the intersection of Browns Mill Road and Cleveland Avenue in Atlanta Feb. 7. He was taken into custody and transported to the DeKalb County Jail without incident.

No bond has been set.
