Severe Weather Update: Worst weather expected at Georgia state line

The current weather model is showing that the most severe weather Saturday is expected at the Georgia-Alabama state line.

While all of Georgia is at risk for severe weather and all residents should take precautions, according to the National Weather Service, the area expected to be hit the hardest is along the state’s Western border starting around 4 p.m.

Tornadoes are possible as well as high winds and flooding.
