Three missing children in Athens found

Update: According to the Clarke County Police Department, the three children have been located.

ATHENS — Police in Athens-Clarke County are searching for three missing children ranging in age from 4 to 11 years old.

Police and Fire officials are searching for 3 children, Caliah Mize, Johndon Mize, and Chelton Elder in the Judy Circle area of Athens off Finley St.

The children were last seen the area of S Lumpkin St. and Pinecrest Dr. around 4:45 p.m. on Labor Day.

Caliah is a 4 year old bi-racial female. She has 2 braided pig tails with white bows and she was wearing a blue shirt with an elephant print and white shorts.

Johndon is a 5 year old bi-racial male with Mohawk style haircut wearing a gray Barrow Elementary t-shirt and jean shorts. Chelton is an 11 year old bi-racial male with a low style hair cut red t-shirt with a sports logo army style cargo shorts and red Addidas slides.
