LITHONIA — The DeKalb County Sheriff’s office has made an arrest in connection with the stabbing death of Troy Cosby last year.
The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Fugitive Unit, assisted by the DeKalb County Police Department East Net Team, has arrested 21-year-old Gianni Maziah Harris of Decatur.
Harris is charged with Felony Malice Murder in connection with Cosby’s death on Brockett Trail in Clarkston, Georgia.
According to the warrant issued on July 22, Cosby was stabbed 33 times with a small knife.
Harris was located in Lithonia, where he was taken into custody and transported to the DeKalb County Jail without incident.
